About the Church
Our church is called All Nations Winners Church (ANWC). It is a newest church that was established in 2014. We thank God who has enabled us to reach to a stage that we are currently on. We started our church with a low number of members. We have seen the number of members increasing since we began. As today, the number of members including children stands at 93 people. Most of our members are mainly of African descents.
Our doors are wide open to people from all backgrounds, regardless of where they are on their spiritual journey. We hope that what you notice first about us is ‘love’ which Jesus has commanded us to fulfill in the book of John 13:34-35.
In our church, we offer congregants a place of comfort, hope, and a peace of mind for all their worshipping needs. We are dedicated to spreading the teachings of Jesus Christ, and our goal is to inspire you through the holiness of our dwelling and our services. We are located in a beautiful city of San Antonio, Texas. We invite you to become a part of our growing congregation, and look forward to meeting you!
Faith
We accept the Holy Bible as our authority in matters of faith and practice. We hold to ourselves as individuals, the right of interpretation of the Scriptures and accept the responsibility, as individuals, of nurturing a strong and abiding Christian Faith within ourselves and among all with whom we come in contact, and further, of working as we are capable for the glorification of God and the extension of Christian faith throughout the world.
Beliefs
• We are a missional community. We belief there is one body and one spirit. one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
• We believe in the Death of Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, In His ascension to the right hand of the father (1 Timothy 3:16).
• We believe in salvation through the redeeming blood of Christ (Hebrew 9:22).
• We believe in the keeping power of God and a Holy walk, not after the flesh but after the Spirit (Romans 8:4).
• We believe in water baptism. We believe that such a baptism is a testimony to the world of an inward work of grace. This is a confession of one’s experience of salvation as scriptural (Matthew 28:19; Mark 16:16; Acts 2:38; Acts 10: 48; Acts 22:16; Roman 6:3; 1 Corinthians 12:13; Galatians 3:27; and 1 Peter 3:21
• We believe in dedication of infants. It is our belief that Christian parents should dedicate their children to the Lord (1 Samuel 1:24-28; Mark 10:13-16).
Mission
Our mission is to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ and ensure that many incarcerated souls are set free. To encourage the fellowship, partnership, and love of all Christian believers in our local community, around the country, worldwide and to mobilize prayer networks.
Vision
Our vision is to expand the kingdom of heaven by bringing many lost souls to God through building a bible-based church. We want to preach the gospel of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ in obedience to the great commission command (Matthew 28:19-20; and Mark16:15). Also, we want to provide acceptable teaching and manuals for the effective implementation of Christian education, this is through schools, colleges, libraries, and Audio and visual teaching materials.
Service
Our church holds worship services every Saturday and Sunday morning for preaching, instruction, and evangelism and for the worship of Almighty God. Our meetings are open to everyone.
